Dear Paul,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your expertise as a technician and your display of kindness when you supplied me with a shoe for the orthotic appliance. If you recall, at that upsetting time for me, it was a great concern. The shoe is still working and is good looking as well.
Sincerely,
Bellinda Wise
Dear Paul,
There are no words to describe how special we think you are- but we’re sure going to try. Beside being a talented and gifted professional, you are a warm, loving, caring, charismatic human being.
From the moment you walked into our home, we all enjoyed meeting you. The care and effort you put into making Jill’s life much happier is beyond the call of duty. It just takes something special that comes from inside- “You got it!!”
You made Jill’s prom the happiest and most wonderful night ever. Without you, it couldn’t have happened. We all love you and hope you will keep in touch. You will always be in our thoughts.
With love and appreciation,
The Castelles
Dear Paul,
Words cannot express how much we appreciate your help with Steve's AFO's. What a surprised look on his face when he took his first steps with them on! I can honestly say that i haven't seen him smile like that in the 21/2 years since he first got the disease! That day July 27th, was his 42nd birthday. When we got out to the car he thanked me and told me that the AFO's were the best birthday present that he had ever gotten!
Love,
Steve, Michelle and Alexandra
Dear Paul,
I don’t even know how to begin to thank you so that you know how much I appreciate everything you’ve done for me. It’s taken a lot of years and a good amount of tears to learn how to deal with the physical appearance of my legs. When you go into high school, the one thing everyone looks forward to is prom; I used to dread it. I decided against going because I figured it would be easier than dealing emotionally with all of the drawbacks I would encounter. You changed that.
Because of you, prom will be one of my happiest memories, and I can be proud to show off my pictures. Not only did you find a solution to my problem, but you had the patience and understanding- that’s what makes you so terrific. Amongst your personal confusion, you managed to come prom day and make sure everything was perfect - just for me. Paul, I hope you have some idea of how happy you made me and how important what you did for me was. Please make sure when you are in the office or even next door, that you stop by to say hello.
Thanks for everything,
Jill Castelle
